Daddiale mash

We’re big pale ale fans… We brewed this one on Father’s Day this year, thus the name.  It was awesome :) It was especially awesome to find one last bottle… when we thought we were out.

10# Pale Ale Malt (2-row 3.4L)

1#   Munich Malt (6-row) for amber color

1#   Crystal Malt (Breiss 40L) for flavor

Mash, Sparge, Boil

At boil, add 1-oz Chinook Hops (11.4 AAU), boil 60 min

Add 1-oz Willamette (4.8 AAU), boil 15 min

Add 1-oz Centennial (9.1 AAU), steep 25 minutes

Strain into carboy, dry hop with 1-oz Centennial, pitch American Ale yeast at 76 degrees
