We’re big pale ale fans… We brewed this one on Father’s Day this year, thus the name. It was awesome
It was especially awesome to find one last bottle… when we thought we were out.
10# Pale Ale Malt (2-row 3.4L)
1# Munich Malt (6-row) for amber color
1# Crystal Malt (Breiss 40L) for flavor
Mash, Sparge, Boil
At boil, add 1-oz Chinook Hops (11.4 AAU), boil 60 min
Add 1-oz Willamette (4.8 AAU), boil 15 min
Add 1-oz Centennial (9.1 AAU), steep 25 minutes
Strain into carboy, dry hop with 1-oz Centennial, pitch American Ale yeast at 76 degrees
